Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and who handles it. It applies to Better Brain Life – Coaching and Consulting ("we"), the coaching practice of Matthew Hendley in Coastal Georgia. Questions about it can go to matthewhendley@protonmail.com or (912) 216-4352.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message through the form on this site, we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, the session you are interested in, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to arrange your sessions.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use this to identify you.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and screens the contact form for automated abuse using its Turnstile service, which may set a cookie while it runs.
• Wesley Woods Consulting LLC, our website provider, operates the system that receives form submissions, stores them so we can read them, and forwards them to us.
• Postmark delivers the email notification that tells us a message arrived.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.

Cookies

This site stores your cookie choice in one essential cookie and a matching entry in your browser's local storage; both exist only to remember what you chose and are never used for tracking. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, they will run only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and this policy will be updated. You can reopen the cookie notice from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and arrange your sessions. When a submission is deleted, it is marked deleted immediately and becomes eligible for permanent removal after 30 days; because that cleanup runs in the background rather than on a fixed schedule, permanent removal can take somewhat longer, especially while the site receives few messages.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing matthewhendley@protonmail.com or calling (912) 216-4352. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie notice at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
